FAQs

E.JOY offers you a fixed-cost transfer service, always knowing all the costs of your trip in advance and the price does not change regardless of traffic conditions.

E.JOY drivers have a long-standing, incident-free experience with an active knowledge of English.

You can choose between Mercedes B class (3 passengers) and minibus (8 passengers).

The driver comes to the client on a pre-arranged address. If you have asked for the driver to welcome you at the airport, then the driver will be waiting for you at the exit with your name on the table. In case of any problems please contact us at +385 98 264 388 or + 385 92 176 8986.

After booking you will receive an email with all transfer details including the estimated transfer duration. Keep in mind that the information provided for days without increased traffic on the roads or the summer crowds, so the duration of the term may differ, but this will not affect the previously agreed transfer price. Our drivers will find the fastest and safest way for you.

If you know you are late, please let us know about it for more efficient coordination. Your driver will surely welcome you. If the driver needs to wait up to 60 minutes, this will not be charged, above we charge 10 EUR per hour of waiting.

If you delay more than 15 minutes without notice to the agreed address, this means that you have given up the transfer and the driver will leave. The funds withdrawn for the transfer will not be refunded.

Reservation in advance is recommended especially during the main tourist season. The advantage is that when the vehicle is booked in advance, then availability is 100% guaranteed. If the vehicle is available, then last-minute reservations will be accepted.

Prices are given for Cash payment, Credit card payment increased for 5% of original amount as Card transaction compensation. Payment depends on the conditions stated in the reservation. In general, you will be charged 20% of the total cost of your credit card on the day of your reservation and the remaining amount (80%) to be paid to the driver in cash or credit card. One fare – one bill (no split bills). For special offers, a credit card may be charged at the time of booking, without the possibility of a refund. Please check the details of certain reservations.

One way price: for one transport from the starting point to the destination without unforeseen retention.
Return price: for transport from destination to destination and back to starting point.
Other transfers: are described in bids issued on your request, which may include, for example, a wait for a tour, a wait for a meal, and other activities according to your needs that you define when booking a reservation. If you have additional requirements not specified in the reservation, contact the driver for information.

When you pay by credit card in advance, your bill may be sent to you by e-mail.

If you so wish, there is a possibility of payment through a foreign currency, but when booking, such options should be indicated. After making a reservation on your email you will receive our offer. Transferring funds can take up to 7 days, depending on the country and bank you are making payments. You must e-mail us a bank confirmation of payment, otherwise we can not guarantee your reservation.

To protect credit card information, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and your data is completely secure. SSL Encryption is a tested system that allows your browser to automatically encrypt your data before sending it. In the case of embezzlement or abuse of your third-party credit card, most banks and credit companies are risk-free and cover all costs of abuse. Your personal information as well as the credit card information required for the reservation will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

You can make your reservation by e-mail and ask for a fee, or via an on-line form at http://ejoy.hr. Select the appropriate date, time of departure, select a vehicle, indicate a one-way or return transfer, and your starting and arrival point. The menu will offer you vehicle types and transfer prices in one direction and / or return. Once you have set up all your needs, click BOOK NOW to access the Checkout Payments page. In the “additional information” field, you must enter the desired pick-up location (must be available for the vehicle, if the driver is in the pedestrian zone, the driver will wait for you at the nearest available location).
In case your destination is not on our list, send us an email at info@ejoy.hr to provide you with the most optimal travel route and directions if you have decided to make a reservation.

By completing your reservation you will receive a message that your reservation is in the processing phase and after you have successfully completed the process you will receive a notification of the status of your reservation. Processing takes about 2 hours and up to 12 hours max. Please note that the reservation is valid only after you have received a reservation confirmation on your e-mail.

After you have entered all the information you need to submit your reservation, your request is processed and the processing lasts for a maximum of 12 hours. The booking is confirmed only after you have received confirmation of booking by e-mail. Please enter your e-mail address carefully because you receive a reservation confirmation. If you do not receive a booking confirmation, check the spam folder, and if you do not find it, please contact us.

It is allowed only with the approval of the card holder.

If you need to change or cancel reservations, follow the instructions in your reservation confirmation sent by e-mail. Make sure that part or all of the amount of your reservation is charged for the cancellation period. Please be sure to read the cancellation terms when booking.

If you have submitted a cancellation request, you will receive an e-mail confirming cancellation.

All passengers and their luggage are insured during the journey, but in accordance with the recommendations of the tour operators, we recommend that you arrange an additional travel insurance in your country prior to your travel.

If you have lost your voucher, feel free to contact us at info@ejoy.hr, we will issue you a replacement voucher.

In keeping with your time, the most optimal routes for you to reach your destination are prepared for you. E.JOY provides door-to-door service. If you want to stop during your travels at the locations and at the time of your choice, please send us your request. Otherwise, during a driver’s transfer, a client may request a short break for a refresh, but not longer than 15 minutes.

Please let us know about the details to check in time for the availability of special-purpose vehicles for the transportation of persons with disabilities.

Smoking as well as consuming prohibited substances is not allowed during transfer.

The tip is the expression of your satisfaction and the decision about giving tips is left to you.

E.JOY has already prepared excursions, group or private throughout Croatia. Excursions can be organized according to your needs.

Of course, transporting your pet is possible, but only if it is located in your transport box of the appropriate size and shape that will definitely be put into the luggage compartment. The Customer is responsible for reimbursing all possible damages to the pet owned by E.JOY. The driver is entitled to refuse the loading of the pet if the transport box is unsuitable for the type and size of the pet.

Children under the age of 12 can not travel without parental supervision.
Children between the ages of 12 and 18 must have a verified written statement from their parents. If you need a child seat for your transfer, please warn us when booking for the number of children and their age. Children’s chairs will not be charged separately.

We do not charge extra for the passenger luggage and the driver will help you put it in the car. If you have a larger amount of luggage than you can get into a busy vehicle then E.JOY can, on your request, hire an additional baggage car and which will be charged extra.
